Shipping Coverage

At Prestige Billiard Tables, we proudly ship pool tables across the United States, ensuring safe and efficient delivery to your home or business. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method:
    • Standard Freight Delivery: 1-7 business days
    • White Glove Delivery & Installation (if available): 10-21 business days

Please note that custom and made-to-order tables may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout.

Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable freight carriers to ensure your pool table arrives in excellent condition. You may choose from the following options:

  1. Curbside Freight Delivery (Standard) – The table is delivered to your curbside or driveway. The customer is responsible for bringing the item inside and assembling it.
  2. White Glove Delivery & Installation (Optional) – Our professional team will deliver, assemble, and install your pool table in your preferred location. Availability and pricing vary by region.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Freight Delivery: Free or flat-rate shipping may be available (see checkout for details).
  • White Glove Service: Additional fees apply and are calculated based on location and service level.

Delivery Inspection & Damages

  • Upon delivery, carefully inspect the package before signing for it. If you notice any visible damage, please note it on the delivery receipt and take photos.
  • If the product is severely damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@prestigebilliardtables.com.
  • Hidden damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for us to assist with a claim or replacement.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. Our team will keep you informed of any important updates.

Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery Fees

  • The freight company will schedule a delivery appointment. If no one is available to receive the shipment, a re-delivery fee may apply.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring a clear and accessible drop-off location for the freight delivery.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • If the order has already shipped, cancellation fees may apply.
  • Due to the size and nature of pool tables, returns may not be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please review our Return Policy for more details.
