Cancellations and Returns

At Prestige Billiard Tables, our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our premium pool tables. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

  1. Return Authorization Code (RAC):

    • All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Items returned without an RAC will be refused, and a refund will not be processed.
  2. Requesting an RAC:

    • To obtain an RAC, please send an email to support@prestigebilliardtables.com with the following information:
      • Your name
      • Order number
      • Reason for return
  3. Return Window:

    • All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  4. Return Process:

    • Once your RAC is approved, you will receive instructions on returning the item. Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure a smooth return process.
  5. Packaging:

    • All items must be returned with the original packaging intact and in undamaged condition. Products experiencing shipping damage may not be returned, as we reserve the right to either fix or replace the item.
  6. Return Timeline:

    • Returns must be picked up and in transit no more than 14 days from the date of delivery. Ensure that all instructions, pieces, etc., are included in the return.
  7. Restocking Fee:

    • Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking and processing fee. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the return.
  8. Custom and Made-to-Order Products:

    • Custom, specialty, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund. Sales of these items are considered final once the installation process has commenced.
  9. Manufacturer Defects:

    • In the case of a manufacturer’s defect or other product issues, please notify us within 10 business days of receiving your delivery. Pictures of the issue must be submitted within 5 business days of reporting the problem.
  10. Manufacturer Warranty:

    • Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Refer to the product page for warranty information. Customers must adhere to the manufacturer’s warranty terms for warranty service.
  11. Refund Processing:

    • Refunds for approved returns will be processed after the returned item is inspected and confirmed to be in acceptable condition. The refund amount will be the total purchase price less shipping costs and the restocking fee.
  12. Cancellation of Custom and Made-to-Order Products:

    • Custom and made-to-order products must be canceled within 48 hours of order placement. After this period, cancellations are not accepted.
  13. Refused Deliveries:

    • Refusing a shipment without following the proper return process may result in additional fees. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, restocking fees, and any associated charges.
  14. Pricing Errors:

    • In the rare event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Pricing errors will not be honored.
  15. Handmade Items:

    • Products are handcrafted, and variations may occur. These variations are inherent in handmade items, making each purchase unique.
